At IPMasterTV, customer satisfaction is important. However, due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are limited.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only considered if:

• The service does not work after installation
• The issue is reported within 24 hours of purchase
• Our support team is unable to resolve the issue

2. Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds will be issued if:

• The issue is related to the user’s internet, device, or configuration
• The user violates our Terms & Conditions
• The service has been used beyond the trial or test period
• Access details were shared

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed only via PayPal, to the original payment method.

4. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate service termination.
